For years, I led teams, managed a business, and navigated spaces where women’s voices were often sidelined. I saw how easily brilliance could be overshadowed by doubt—how many women, despite their talent, held back, softened their edges, and second-guessed their instincts.

I lived it.

I remember the feeling—walking into rooms where I had to prove, again and again, that I deserved to be there. Adapting, accommodating, never fully feeling like I fit. I told myself that if I was just a bit more polished, a bit more agreeable, maybe then I’d be taken seriously.

But trying to fit in felt like losing myself.

The shift came when I stopped trying to perform—and started showing up with everything I am. My creative edge, my strategic instincts, and my voice.

And everything changed.

EqualizHer began as a quiet promise to myself. To build something I never had—a space where women could stop performing and start leading. A space where they could reclaim their voice, own their strengths, and shape their stories.

Here, I don’t teach women how to fit in. I help them step into authorship.

I’ve led a career that moved across fashion design, marketing, and executive leadership—ultimately serving as CEO of a multi-million-euro company. And along the way, I faced what many ambitious women do:
